Homestead 2 | 12 Model
The Alpine Retreat
Our naming system is straightforward: "H" for Homestead, the single digit for occupants, and the double digit for square footage
For example, H2 | 12 means it's designed for up to 2 occupants with 1,200 SF of livable space
Introducing the H2|12, a 1,200 square foot ADU cabin seamlessly blending modern design with the rustic charm of Colorado’s alpine mountains. This thoughtfully designed two-bedroom, two-bath home offers an efficient floor plan that maximizes every square foot, making it ideal for year-round living or a peaceful getaway.
The primary suite has an ensuite bath, perfect for quiet mornings or stargazing nights. The second bedroom is ideal for guests, family, or a home office, complemented by a nearby full bath. The mudroom is designed into the primary entrance so you can kick off your boots and store your gear before entering into the open concept living and kitchen areas.
