With 5 available floorplans and the option to create a custom design, Phoenix Haus offers buyers flexibility in choosing a prefab home layout. While past projects from Phoenix Haus feature farmhouse or more modern styles, they also accept floor plans from outside architects which allows buyers more flexibility in selecting in a design.
When selecting a model, buyers have the opportunity to purchase upgrades such as PV solar arrays, wood and aluminum clad triple pane windows and doors, and continuous fresh air and heat recovery. While they typically work with home buyers located in the Rocky Mountain area, homes can be delivered throughout the continental U.S. It is also worth noting that Phoenix Haus only builds the shell of the home and a local builder must finish the interior of the home.
